Zucchini with mozzarella, tomato and garlic from the oven!

I found another yummy vegetarian recipe 
Zucchini with mozzarella, tomato and garlic from the oven!
2 large zucchini, 5/6 large garlic cloves, 2 large tomatoes, 150 gr. mozzarella, fresh pepper, salt, olive oil.
zucchini washed, peel cloves of garlic, mozzarella and tomato sliced.
Cut each zucchini in half so you get almost four equal halves. Hollow out the zucchini so that you can fill them,and then put them in the baking dish. Keep the content of the zucchini aside. 
chop the inside of the zucchini into small pieces. Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves into small pieces, NOT PRESSING !.
Put some oil in the pan and mix the contents of the chopped zucchini,chopped cloves of garlic and fresh pepper and salt (to add flavor, but use enough because the zucchini has virtually no taste) . Leave this to fry in the pan and make sure that there is enough oil, better to add little more oil to this dish it´s better for flavor. Divide the contents of the pan into the hollowed zucchini. Then two large slices of mozzarella (a zucchini-half, a total of four halves) and two large slices of tomato. Drizzle with a little olive oil and salt and pepper and put the dish in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at approx. 225 degrees. Make sure the zucchini is very soft.
