Happy Easter

Today I was in the mood to bake, so I made a loaf of bread
Because afterall it is Easter

My version of Italian bread

500 gr 6 grain mix flour (or whole wheat)
260 ml lukewarm water
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tp salt
2lp dried Proven├žal herbs
7 g dried yeast
50 g olives (cut into rings)
30 g sun-dried tomatoes (cut in small pieces)

if you have a bread machine, you can do everything in there.
The olives and sundried tomatoes add after the beep

knead together well
put the dough in a bowl cover the bowl and let it rise for an hour
knead the dough lightly and lie it on the baking tray
now do the dough in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 10 minutes
Then turn the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes

and your Italian bread is ready

    My lunch

The spirit of Easter is all about Hope, Love and happy living…!!
Happy Easter to you and your family
